To start the game, the person to the left of the Referee draws one card from the ORANGE pile. That player reads the card, and the other players follow clockwise with answers, comments, or activities based on the card.

  • Every player who makes it through all rounds on the card will earn 250 points.
  • Rounds are finished when they make it back to the READER.
  • The READER must participate, too.
  • Any player who accidentally repeats someone else's answer or can't think of a response in ten seconds is "stumped" and loses 50 points for each round stumped.
  • Note: Stumped players are never out of the game. They will continue to lose 50 points for each round they are stumped.
  • The READER of the card is the JUDGE of the answers.
  • The person with the most interesting or ridiculous answer wins 250 points.
  • Players may answer in any order – they do not need to go in a perfect circle.
  • Players may answer more than once. They may abstain, too.
  • READER should answer but cannot award points to self.
  • Players are encouraged to produce unique answers if they have played the card in a previous game.
  • The READER of the card is the JUDGE of the answers.
  • The person with the most interesting or ridiculous answer wins 250 points.

  • READER should answer but cannot award points to self.
  • Players are encouraged to produce unique answers if they have played the card in a previous game.
  • The next player reads the card aloud without revealing the True/False answer. You are predicting someone else's answer – not the real answer.
  • Each player needs to secretly write down two answers on a piece of paper: Their answer and another player's.
  • Example: My answer = False. Roberto's answer = True.
  • All players then place a bet with the BOOKIE, which they will record in advance of the big reveal.
  • Example: "I am betting 500 points on Justin's answer."
  • Players are allowed to bet on the same person.
  • Players may not bet on themselves.
  • BOOKIE and READER should place their bets, too.
  • Players reveal their recorded answers at the same time. Points are won or lost based on accurately predicting someone else's answer.
  • The actual True/False answer may be revealed at the end (but does not impact points won or lost.)
  • The player who drew the card is the JUDGE.
  • The JUDGE divides the remaining players into the two teams listed on the card.
  • Teams huddle up for five minutes to plan their debate. They may use outside resources at this time.
  • Teams should aim for at least three solid argument points to back up their assigned side and map out rebuttals to the other team's predicted comments.
  • The JUDGE starts, facilitates, and ends the debate.
  • After listening to the comments, the JUDGE will award 250 points to each team member with the best argument.
